The following application should be completed for those who would like to be considered for coaching positions within the Sharpsburg Youth Football Association (SYFA).

Please consider the following before filling out this application:

• All members of the coaching staff shall submit to a background check prior to being approved as a coach on any level with SYFA
• Must complete this coaching application
• Coaches are asked to assist with organizational preparations for the season, i.e. field striping, laying sod, equipment handouts
• Support and attend SYFA fundraising activities
